Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open Open 24 hours. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (919) 350-8000. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is wakemed.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Oustanding Recognition for Kendall K. — WakeMed Pharmacist I want to take the time to give Kendall K. at WakeMed Pharmacy the highest possible recognition for the extraordinary help she provided me with my extremely complicated pharmacotherapy. I had been struggling with a very complicated medication regimen for a long time. Despite working with my psychiatrist, we were unable to get the medication combination properly sorted out, and my situation became extremely serious. I genuinely believe that Kendall’s expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to carefully work through my medications helped prevent a potentially catastrophic outcome. Kendall did far more than simply review a medication list. She took the time to look at the entire picture, identify problems, and help straighten out an exceptionally complicated pharmacotherapy regimen. Her knowledge and dedication made an enormous difference in my care. Kendall, thank you. You may very well have saved my life. I am incredibly grateful for the time, expertise, patience, and compassion you showed me when I desperately needed someone to take a comprehensive look at my medications. WakeMed should know what an outstanding

Wakemed as the population of Raleigh increases it’s seems that Raleigh needs a second ER or needs to expand the ER hospital. They are running on staff and units as if Raleigh was a small city like 20-30 yrs ago. I have been visiting a relative for the past two nights and some nurses and security guards have been very rude. I was surprised that the nurse administering the medicine for my relative was very dismissive and ignorant with his situation and expected him to visually see his medication on his hand and expect him to take it like a regular person with good motor skills and perfect vision. Then the nurse of tonight had the audacity to give me an attitude because I was coming to her to get the status of my relative. She was annoyed that she had passed the information to his sister and then I was asking her about his progress. Here is a little background the sister lives in a different state I don’t live or talk to her and I was making my first visit of the day to my relative. Unfortunately the sister is not the “Expert” “Nurse in charge” also his sister is not hired by WakeMed to give me information or know the status or plan of action for my relative. WakeMed Why would this nu

There are simply not enough words to thank the incredible team at this hospital. Every member of staff, from the ER and ICU team to the cardiac floor, RN, physicians, therapists, housekeeping, pharmacy, and cafeteria staff, treated us with extraordinary skill, compassion, and kindness. We will never forget the humanity, teamwork, and dedication we witnessed every day. Thank you for the exceptional care!

THIS WAS FROM A YEAR AGO JUST REALIZED I POSTED TO THE WEONG HOSPITAL Honestly, if I could rate this hospital zero stars based on my experience I would, but I can’t so we’re just gonna have to settle for one-star. The receptionist that checked me in was pleasant. After check in I went straight to triage (no wait) which was nice. However, the nurse in triage was initially very short teetering on rude.I had ongoing issues and she questioned my visits initially in a demeaning manner. I continued to be polite and bestow niceties. I’m not sure if she was able to read my notes from a previous provider or what, but her demeanor did shift mid-dialogue, which I can acknowledge and I do appreciate. Another disappointing moment with triage I experienced, was the RN took some blood to run some test. She didn’t even put a gauze on. She just put a Band-Aid on the place where she got the blood and sent me out to the waiting area. While I was sitting in the waiting area, My arm began to have an immense amount of itching. I looked down and my jacket was soaked in blood. It was obvious then to me the RN did not pay attention to my arm, to see if the bleeding had stopped or cared enough to place

Y’all know I only gave a ⭐️ so I can tell y’all how trash/thrown together/disrespectful this place is. This place has no sense of URGENCY, CLEANLINESS, or RESPECT no matter what state you arrive in‼️‼️‼️There were people everywhere in wheel chairs, people in pain just waiting exceeding long amounts of time to be seen, they send you through TRIAGE 2/3 times for absolutely NOTHING‼️ This place was not clean the bathroom was in HORRIBLE condition. I came here about 8am. I am writing this while still waiting at 11am. There seems to be no hospital rooms for the patients. The patients are sick/throwing up in barf bags , rolling around with IV’s hanging out of their arms, and drip bags sitting along side of them as they wait. They draw blood on the hospital floors in front of everyone, the discuss your issues/problems in front of all the waiting patients. Elderly just out here on the floor with oxygen, pain, moans , uncomfortably thrown into wheelchairs and sat for long periods of time. They had me perform my own SWABS. I was always told not to come to this hospital and I now see why. NEVER AGAIN….I will drive all the way to DUKE before I trust or come to this HELL HOLE… you will absolute
